Well located hotel near the airport. Overall very good service, nice rooms and convenient shuttle to and from the airport. Great lounge at 4th floor for light dishes and refreshments in nice atmosphere for working, phone call or just relaxing. Ask for the staff member HANNAN if you want the best service and attention during your stay.👏

This is the worst experience of a conference with rooms booking. The hotels Sales and marketing team has aspects of only charging you … for no absolute reason…. the Sales staff is the worst in the world …. They don’t care about relationships… they don’t care about repeat clients…. all they care about is how much extra to keep charging you. When they make an error …. there is no compensation… But if then by some unfortunate scenario they havnt noted your requirement correctly…. they will still want to charge you…. they don’t care about anything…. Terrible experience…. NOT worth the trauma…..

Love the food here .. they have so much variety of food options here in the breakfast .. for both veg and non veg .. the hospitality and the staff is so courteous specially Mr Sagar went out of the way and brought us the iced anericano upon our request which is not on the menu .. the live dosa counter . All the seasonal food options .. the ambience is so beautiful.. it’s our anniversary today and we are here to celebrate .. and it’s so wonderful experience here .. the gym is so nice they have steam sauna facilities here that we enjoyed .. and the room is also so nicely made up .. the dressing area is also very wide Thanks for the great stay experience that we had here !
