The Room was lovely and spacious. Location Great for the Metro. The Hotel felt secure having locked gates. Bar Staff helpful and prices reasonable for a Hotel. Fabulous Bakery a couple of minutes walk away, handy for a lighter breakfast , not much else in the area. Two things in my opinion let this Hotel down . Lack of atmosphere to sit in the bar in the evenings and lack of Customer Service from the Reception Staff , we barely received an acknowledgment when checking out .

Abysmal Customers Service! We came here today from Paris for a 3 night stay! Reserved 2 rooms, arrived at 12 pm and rooms are not ready. Lady got our info/ passports for our rooms. We left our luggage, tour the city center then came back around 8 and checked in to our rooms. Reason for 3 stars; before arrival! I checked my rooms in the Hilton App and got an upgrade for one-of the rooms, perhaps because of my Diamond status which I’m happy. However, when I checked in, that upgrade was gone. I wished I took a picture to show the guy who checked us in. I’m really disappointed as I’m looking forward for that upgrade as reward for being loyal to Hilton for the last six years.I never had that upgrade taken away before. The guy who checked us in never even tried to solve the issue. I feel that my loyalty to Hilton is NOTHING at this hotel. I feel like a kid who was given a candy and then taken away!!!! Rooms are nice and small. Location is close to train station. Will update my review after my stay. Tip; Take a picture of your upgrade.

The staff were really helpful. The hotel was spacious, the rooms were pleasant and lobby nicely decorated. The hotel is so close to the metro and takes you right to the centre in 20 minutes without paying central Milan prices. It also makes exploring areas outside of the bubble easier. The only negative is that the entrance was a bit weird - it looked more like a delivery entrance.

Once inside this is a lovely hotel, security gates hide the view from the street, which makes the surrounding area feel quite intimidating. Rooms comfy and well located. Breakfast (extra) but great coffee (as expected). €20-30 euro Uber to centre but close to metro. Staff extremely helpful

The Hotel is Clean ,location is superb near to Metro Station , easy access when travelling Milan,lots of Restaurant theres Lidl Supermarket nearby,I would say these location is Superb but Of course it wouldnt be Complete without the help of these Amazing Staff Judith Ghetti in Front Office ,Andrea in Evening Restaurant and Bryan in breakfast ,pls say my Thank you to these 3 amazing associates who made my Stay more Memorable in Milan for the execution of flawless service which We would like to come back more because of them,TEAM HILTON GARDEN INN MILAN NORTH is one of a kind TEAM Thanks to all of you -CRUZ
