Had I known this wasn't the only Hilton property in this area, I'd have stayed at Homewood Suites or at Hampton Inn. This is a tired old hotel which really needs refurbishing. The rooms are clean and large but unfortunately the hotel is across the road from a raceway and all we heard was noise form the vehicles. Centrally located within close proximity to the city. Good shuttle bus with service to/from airport and car rental places. Would not stay here again.

I booked this hotel based on the glowing reviews. After our stay, I’m very confused by them. Our experience was that of a low end budget motel: grimy carpets, apparent mold in the grout, broken ice machines, and extremely dated decor. Unfortunately our room was priced quite high and not at all worth the cost. The breakfast buffet was good - make sure to book a room with breakfast included. We were told on checkin that our room included breakfast, but our server at breakfast time told us we’d have to pay $15/person (after we already had our plates). Only when I objected did she tell us, yes, breakfast was indeed included. Overall, we felt this was a poor value.

Management too busy to take a customers call and are return a call

Had an issue with the reservation. Asked for the manager to call me back for different times. He disrespectfully could not take the time out to call me back. I’m a diamond member with Hilton and when I called back the fifth time receptionist said he was not available. When I asked her a question about something, she put me a hold and then came back and said the manager said that she could do that And then if I had an issue with it that I could call Hilton diamond support. As a long time, Hilton member and diamond member, I would think that a manager could take the time to call me back and discuss my issue. I was very polite when I spoke to the employees there gave him no reason not to call me back. He was just too busy or didn’t care enough to return my phone call. I would Recommend this hotel to anyone if their management doesn’t feel like longtime Hilton members or any other customer is important to receive a phone call to discuss a matter.

Very clean, nice place, with friendly, helpful staff. Much quieter and easier to deal with than the hotels on the strip. It's about $15 Uber to the strip. Very close to airport. Quiet room, no complaints.

I am really confused by the reviews of this business. I sent a message to this hotel through booking.com and I never even received a reply except a default reply that it will talk to me soon upon their return. There is hardly anything good during our stay. Thank goodness we only booked one night. The staff was nice upon checking in but became immediately irritated when I asked questions. One of the keycards did not work for the side door. The room was old and dated. The wallpaper was peeling. The door frames and walls were chipped and dirty. The grout was black. The tub was stained. The sofa was faded and stained. Carpet had a hole. Megan and George were the only pleasant experience we had and that’s during check out. I don’t understand why they feel justified charging almost $300 per night.
