Wow true 5 star experience. Breakfast buffet was awesome with many choices you can only think of. The longest and beautiful pool I have seen till date. Open till late night is added advantage. Mitali from guest relation was so welcoming. Special thanks for my birthday cake and decorations.

Room service was great but breakfast management was not very good. We had to wait more than longer for one single thing and we were asking 2-3 times for that single thing. That was not good. Otherwise, great room service, good quality of toiletry items and great room.

The staff's warm hospitality was absolutely amazing, so courteous and welcoming. Riya the duty manager went over and beyond. Elvira the Ambassador from the Tonic poolside bar was ever so friendly and most helpful with a positive attitude and took time to chat with us. Thank you Elvira! Thank you too to the IT guy who helped my husband sort his laptop out and loan him.a mouse!, so kind. The gym is very small and poorly equipped but the pool is sparkling and well maintained! We have stayed at many Hard Rock hotels across the world and love the ambiance of their warm hospitality, superior facilities and rooms and most of all a live band in the evenings. Sadly HR Goa, did not have daily live music and the rooms and bathrooms are very poorly maintained! The bathroom was extremely mouldy and not cleaned properly, definitely below HRs STD! Lighting in the room is also extremely poor, even though we asked for a portable lamp shade, we were told it's not possible. The breakfast team were great, however they could barely cope with the large number of guests and hence service was compromised. There was a large variety of delicious food at breakfast.

"Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional" Also it was memorable moment with by team and my family at my birthday special mention to Ms Mitali who handle my birthday surprise through my family
