5/5 particularly for staff. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights prior to meeting with our tour group which had booked us at a more “expensive” hotel that had a pool and some more embellishments. Having stayed first at emerald waters totally spoiled the second hotel for us. Even though I booked the most basic room (no view/ building shaft), it was super clean and the location of the hotel and the absolutely terrific front desk staff more than compensated. We also had nightly massages downstairs with NHA*** and that ended up being the best massages I had in my 2 weeks in Vietnam! Really wonderful stay with my 9 year old son/ kid.

It was very kind and nice. I felt well that every employee cared about each guest. It was a pity to leave Hanoi. If I visit Hanoi again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I am so grateful to Joey for answering all the questions kindly day and night from Korea

Room was good. Staff and location were big advantage; as the staff was super helpful, and the location was really convenient for shopping, and walking around as the city lake is just couple of minutes away walking. If you like to book sightseeing trips, they can arrange for it. I really like the SPA and the rate there which is lower than outside, as they provide 50% discount if you book any sightseeing trip through the hotel.

Our stay at Hanoi Emerald waters hotel and Spa was very special and delightful. The front desk staff Anna,Kim,Zoey, Dave and Moon are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is very varied and delicious. We booked several tours through the hotel and are very happy with their arrangements. The room was clean and spacious. Overall highly recommended if you stay in Hanoi.

All staff very welcoming and friendly. Went out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. They went out of their way to make sure our experience made us happy and we appreciated it. Love love this hotel Exceptionally clean. Well looked after. Breakfast was great. No complaints from us both.
