This was our second stay at the Hanoi Boutique Hotel and Spa. Though the hotel had changed hands since our last visit it still retained the charm and comfort we'd discovered on our first stay. Shout out to both Lucy and Jeremy who's enthusiasm and professionalism knew no bounds. Actually the whole staffing level was excellent. We picked the hotel again as we both enjoy the old quarter and find nothing is too far away. Walking is easy and variety whether its food or shopping is plentiful. The rooms are beautiful and nicely appointed. We were able to score the same room as we had first visit number 306 which is the suite shown in the advertisement for the hotel. I'll mention the staff again as they were young, enthusiatic and super friendly. This time round we enjoyed two treatments at the Spa on site which I believe is part of a larger franchise. Massages were great and we opted for the foot reflexology which was great after walking all day. Though the hotel offers no gym or pool we didn't miss these and found it didn't detract from our stay at all. Breakfast at the hotel was fine, and there is unlimited food options just outside the door. A great place to stay, we think worth a third visit

Great experience staying here! I stayed 3 times between trips to Ha Giang and Ha Long Bay and the hotel was very helpful with the my luggage! Super sweet and friendly staff! Very reasonable rates for the area and for this type of hotel. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Lucy and the team were fantastic. We felt very welcome. The front reception staff gave us a lot of great information on where to go and what to be aware of. The hotel is in a great location. The Spa services are amazing. I had a facial and the spa therapist was fantastic. It was very relaxing. I definitely recommend this hotel and the staff.

We stayed at this charming hotel as part of a ‘Far East’ tour and this was our favourite place out of the several hotels in which we stayed. Old town Hanoi is a bombardment of the senses, but Lucy and her staff couldn’t have made it easier to visit and would happily answer any questions in very good English. The hotel is full of character and with very good facilities. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent. A nice touch was that the hotel staff somehow manage to remember your name each day. My wife also loved the little night time messages left on the room door handles every evening. The staff were the most welcoming and friendly of anywhere we stayed and if we ever visit Hanoi again, this is hotel is where we will return to.

We traveled in Vietnam for 30 days, staying at lots of different places. I am not one for writing lots of reviews, but for Hanoi Boutique hotel and spa ,I am willing to make an exception. Our stay there was a dream. From the moment we walked into the hotel Lucy and the staff were the nicest and most professional we have met throughout out trip. Our room was really comfortable. I would definitely recommend as a go-to-place when you our planning to stay in Hanoi. Also nice is that it is located centrally in the old quarter everything is so close and the hotel is also very quiet for a really busy area. We will be coming back again when staying in Hanoi.
