Lynette Harris, a very knowledgeable and friendly face in the lobby of the hotel, was a difference maker. She was our concierge, not by title, but certainly by her ability to make our stay a very memorable and positive experience. We asked a ton of questions; it was my first trip to Chicago. She made very helpful suggestions. She gave clear directions. She helped us during checkout when we needed some assistance. The hotel was well located for all the things we wanted to see. But it comes down to the helpful people you interact with, and Lynnette is one of the best.

Lynette and the rest of the staff made this hotel stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect too. My cousin and I met in Chicago at the same time last year and again this year and stayed at this Hampton Inn both times. Lynette helped us with her knowledge of tours, shopping, and the location of everything. We are planning to book this hotel again next year.

Hotel staff was attentive and friendly! Rooms were clean and up to date. Offered recommendations when asked about dining and coffee that were spot on. Parking was a breeze. Valet was quick. Location was convenient to nearby dining and shopping. Would stay again

The rooms were clean, house keeping acted quickly to our requests and kept our room nice. Front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. Lynette was very nice. The breakfast was good, wait staff was very friendly. Only concern, no bottled water available

Overall a good experience. The rooms had comfortable beds, good room layout, and the hotel had good breakfast food. As for some complaints, I wish the TVs were more modern and offered things such as AirPlay or wireless screen mirroring, and that ease of setting up Netflix and streaming was easier. In addition the Wi-Fi could have been better as well. However, those weren’t deal-breakers and it was a good experience overall and the Hampton stays as one of my favorite Hilton brands.
