One of the best hotels I’m aware of. The best indication of the quality of hotel is the staff and the fact they are there for many years. It’s always a pleasure to stay and receive service from staff familiar with you for many years. The service and welcome is ranged from reservation, reception HSK engineering and barmen. lovely hotel , really good staff, bar man lovely and served lovely cocktails clean and lovely bedroom . character as well used to be a school. breakfast was lovely and a lot of choice from airport got the S Bhan/ get the tourist bus for ideas berlin is massive Thai restaurant opposite lovely place a brilliant break and the hotel made it for us as well

Really lovely hotel, and genuinely the nicest, most helpful staff we have encountered in our travels. They made us feel so welcome. Great location, close to 2 public transport stations. The rooms were nice and quiet, beautifully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. It's the second time we have been to this hotel and will definitely book it again if we're lucky enough to return to Berlin.

We've just stayed here for hubby's birthday weekend. A lovely welcome. We had a slight problem with our room shortly after arrival, but we were immediately offered another room as soon as we mentioned the problem (a tap not working.) The reception staff were excellent throughout our stay. We were very happy to come in on his birthday and be offered complimentary cocktails, then when we went back to our room we found a complimentary bottle of fizz and some glasses. The hotel is right next to a U station, on the U9 line. It is also just a short walk from the Zoological Park Station which is on the direct RE line from Berlin Airport. There are lots of local buses close by too. The 100 bus takes you to Alexanderplatz via Museum Island and the Reichstag. For those of you who remember C & A, there is one a few yards from the hotel! There are plenty of places to eat nearby from bakers and biegels to bar food and restaurants. The hotel is clean and comfy. We both slept amazingly well. Toiletries in the bathroom are a good enough quality that when we go back I won't bother packing my own. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom too. There was a small coffee machine in the room as well as a kettle and supply of tea. There is a fridge with a small mini bar and a price list that didn't leave you gasping in shock. We've stayed in Berlin a few times, and when we are next there we will definitely come back and stay at the H10 again. Thank you H10 for a lovely welcoming stay. See you again soon!

I had a great experience at this Hotel, excellent service and the staff very kind and helpful. Special thanks to the spanish guys from the food and beverage, very funny and always caring to my needs. I had some specific requirements for the food but they always promptly helped me and seemed so caring towards my needs. So, thanks Adrian and Abraham for your wonderful service, you have great skills and people should be more like you :) I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends that would like to visit berlin. Strategic position, close to the city center and also really good in terms of supermarkets and shops.
