Hopeless facility. Kept us waiting. Nothing is available in room including toilet kit. Very noisy. Very lazy service providers. They do cheap business by accommodating many people like sheeps in a single room. We had to forcefully stay due to arrangement by travel agent. Room is non AC. Fan is in one corner and bed in another. It gives you a feel as though sleeping in marriage hall. Someone threw waste cake box in front of our door and room service people didn't clear it

Food was utter trash Bathroom was disgusting The bottles in the rooms were pre opened The glasses in the rooms were not clean Some of the rooms did not have hot water and the flush was not working The toilet seat was filled with liquids The water in the water dispenser was dirty And the main thing The staff was rude. When we asked about the bottles in the room, they said they refilled the one time plastic bottle. Who knows how long that one time plastic bottle has been sitting there.... Not at all recommended.... It would be better to find another hotel

Hotel servers are not listening to what we order. Whatever remaining items there in kitchen, they are bringing it to the table and billing it even though we say it to manager that we haven't ordered those. We have ordered 5 items. And got totally different 7 items with the bill. Worst experience. Food is not tasty too.
