Breakfast spread and service was awesome. Hotel room is spacious and has good amenities including laundry (paid) service and a mini fridge, small snacks etc but 2 of the biggest issues I faced was - they are doing major renovations right outside our door, all day long with sledge hammers. They should not have rented that floor at all, instead of the “sorry” sign. We had to spend the full day outside and could only relax after 5pm. For the amount paid, this is unacceptable. 2nd issue was, I booked and prepaid through hotels.com and they did not find my reservation, I called central reservation and they said it was all Good, but had to wait 30 min again at checkin. Staff is very friendly and courtious. Overall could be 5 star but for the construction.
