Stay was Ok. But you people have hided many things to us, eventhough we have booked the resort 15 days before. Condition regarding the road to the resort was advised to us only on the trip day, that too by afternoon. We were asked to take another route which was almost 20 kms more. Even in that route, we had to travel for around 3.00 km off road(just like Mookambika-Kudajaadri road).We were not informed about the same, and when asked about the same, we were not given a proper reply. Total mood was spoiled due to the same. Very much dis satisfied by the un professional attitude of the resort officials. Will rate Poor only regarding this. Also Grill and Campfire facility was not provided to us(they had N number of excuses for that).... Overall we had a very poor experience 😒😒😒

Located at the center of tea estates. Balcony view was good. Best place to feel the nature. Swimming pool also available in the resort. Campfire area was good. If they improve the taste and quality of the food means it will be the best resorts in Vagamon.

Poor food & poor ambiance, route was very bad and you will pay higher amount for rooms, room is not up to the mark, But the place is good

The property is not worth for money... I booked a cloud villa cottage for 5000 to stay with my wife and child. No towels, no toiletries... No child play area... Nothng available as they give in the advt... And final bill was on a piece of paper.... Good for nothing.

I can give the hotel stay and amenities plus food..4/5. Good ambience , cool atmosphere and play areas , campfire, all were good....but the coordination of booking and correspondence with the guest only 1/5..as we had pre booked two weeks ago and confirmed it even prior to the day of arrival..but on the day the staff was not aware of the booking and made us panick...Nor did they inform about the road work going on..and we had to travel extra 25kms through some off roads and our vehicle got stuck there for a while..the journey to the resort was terrible.. For those opting for a staycation u can definitely go for this...
