This recent stay during Songkran 2024 was great! Prior to this, 6 months ago, I had a great experience at this hotel that’s why I booked here again - April 2024! Stayed here during Songkran and I knew how busy hotels were during this period. I commend the staff for their tireless efforts especially the check in counters. I am grateful that the staff were full force even if it is Songkran. Truly appreciative of the Thai Hospitality. I thought im gonna be stuck during check in, but lo and behold, I was served in a reasonable amount of time. Didnt stand in the queue for too long. I also appreciate housekeeping staff, who is very proactive when it comes to asking if we want our rooms cleaned everytime we see them at the lobby. Or if we just requested for towels and the like. I also appreciate the concierge team for helping with the luggages. I saw that there are lots of luggage compared my stay last October and they managed it well. I also appreciate that they had given me the room that I requested for. I usually stayed in room with last 2 digits -10. Its a corner suite and view of golf course is amazing. I am glad to be staying in this hotel as it is just a 2 min walk from Ratchadamri Train station. Overall, im satisfied with my stay here. Will definitely stay here again! Well recommended!

Check in process fast and they require deposit 1000/night so prepare some cash, lobby not big but looks grand. GCP Ratchadamri located in very convenient place, walkable to big C platinum fashion mall and centralworld. Room very spacious and clean, with king size bed and nice window view. Downside is shower very hard to adjust the temperature, either too hot or too cold very unstable. Last I suggest hotel management put a small bottle of dish washing liquid so guests can wash the utensils anytime, overall we're very enjoy our stay in GCP.

It's my second time stay here. Everything was great! Location room and facilities are value for the price. Most of the staffs I'd encounter are nice especially the gym and pool staffs, but also met the worst front staff at check out. I don't know her name but she was on her duty on Apr 7, around 9.30am. She was giving arrogant vibes. No smile and also almost no eye contact at all during the process. No explanation about the deposit etc. feeling like i was bothering her to do her job somehow. And at the end she was saying "check out is done" and throw the keycard away. What a way to represent Grande centre point Ratchadamri!

This is my second stay at this hotel. The location was great, not too far to Siam & Pratunam, the room was spacious and the breakfast also good with variety of food and friendly staff. Very recommend and definitely will stay here next time. Thanks

Great room choice we stayed in 3 persons Suite, 1 big bathroom, 1 big seating room & 1 big dining area, 1 room with twin beds(may choose double bed) plus 1 added bed in seating room, daily refilled complimentary snacks & beverages, hotel lobby with coffee machine &tea & iced water for hotel guests for free, big swimming pool with sauna room and jacuzzi in changing room, 1 large gym, few minutes walking distance to BTS Ratchadamri & Chitlom, convenient location, rooms with open view, we’ve been to this hotel for dozens times, this time 3 going stayed in suite, always great experience and good staying here. Breakfast is so so, can skip if u don’t want to eat full breakfast everyday. Counter staff are good, one bell boy aggressively asked for tips, that’s the only negative experience we had though that we plan to give but being aggressively asked for may be unpleasant indeed. We gave THB100 for bringing us the luggages and thanked him but he gave us black face and didn’t respond until we closed the door, that’s the only unpleasant encounter we had this time, it never happens before when we stayed for dozens times before. Overall, this is a very nice and pleasant hotel worth staying👍🏻
