Friendly staff and very clean! But a/c unit needs to be cleaned. Had my whole family coughing by the end of the stay , when it was off it was easier go breathe. The location was abit far from the center and the places we wanted to visit but we didn’t mind. Staff were super nice and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed ourstay here.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms were clean, good amenities and great air conditioning. Good breakfast with decent choices for vegetarian. Plenty options for non vegetarian. Definitely recommend this hotel and i Would stay here again

Has the basics but don't expect miracles. It is new and in an unusual part of the city. I had some business there so for that it was good. The breakfast is under par. There is no laundry service but they do help to get the laundry to an outside service provider. For dinner there is some great street food outside, about 150 metres to the right when exiting the hotel. Not a tourist hotel.

Comfortable evening in Bangkok

We were on a cruise sailing around Asia and we had an overnight stay in Bangkok, so decided to book this hotel for the evening and have a night in Bangkok. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. We were delighted to find out that we had been given a complimentary upgrade and our room enjoyed panoramic views across Bangkok. The hotel benefits from a lovely rooftop pool with skyline views as you swim - particularly attractive in the evening. The outdoor spa area was comfortable and relaxing. I'd like to thank the reception staff who offered me the use of a plug adapter when I realised I had forgotten mine, it was much appreciated. The hotel room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was equally as spacious and the shower was good pressure and very warm. However, the towels desperately need replacing - ours were badly frayed and very washed out. In the evening, we used grab taxis (same as UBER in the UK) and went to Asiatique and had a nice local meal, wander around the shops and markets. The breakfast provision was a little basic and there was nothing that particularly grabbed my attention. The cooked offering did not look very appetising. We had a very quick continental breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Plus-side. Catered for my dietary needs (halal food was excellent). Staff very helpful. Can get transport to nearest BTS if you inform them in advance. Good view of Bangkok. Minus: buffet breakfast very ordinary and not healthy. Was given a room on the “wrong-side” of the hotel I.e. extremely noisy even in the middle of the night (2am) because in Bangkok people play music very very loudly in car parks! Going to the 7-11 was like playing Russian roulette with your life. Far from nearest BTS - Suramai, so always need a taxi to go back.
