Hôtel très bien situé (10mn à pied du Vatican et du metro), Petit déjeuner continental excellent, chambre spacieuse, mais hôtel vieillot, très "limite" en terme de propreté ( cheveux, crasse dans la douche), finition en attente (des travaux de rénovation ont dû être fait, mais rien n'est abouti), quand au personnel, il a su se montrer très agréable pour certains et très désagréable pour d'autres !!!. Dommage, c'est un hôtel qui n'offre pas un service correspondant au prix demandé (affiché dans les chambres).

Buscábamos un hotel no muy lejos del centro y que no fuera muy caro y en cuanto a precio muy bien ya que la tarifa incluye desayuno y éramos cuatro personas en una habitación . La habitación reformada y cómoda las ventanas cambiadas nuevas aislaban perfectamente de los ruidos del exterior , el baño pequeño y anticuado para reformar . Servicio de habitaciones muy bien no faltaron nunca toallas ni jabones y la limpieza de diario muy buena y el personal de limpieza muy atento . El desayuno de dulce bien ,el fiambre pobre y el comedor pequeño aunque con aire acondicionado que se agradece mucho . La ubicación cerca del vaticano y segura por la noche . El punto negativo del hotel es que aunque indica que tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones lo desconectan adrede desde las 02:00 de la madrugada hasta las 04:00 de la madrugada todas las noches y te despiertas de la calor que hace tienes que abrir las ventanas para que corra el aire y poder descansar hasta las 04:00 que lo vuelven a poner , preguntamos en recepción si eso era normal por si estaba estropeado y nos dijeron tranquilamente que si eran ellos los que lo desconectaban :( cuidado con esto porque no se descansa bien ya que te despiertas de la calor ROMA EN AGOSTO ..... en fin ......

A pesquisa no site da agência de viagens indicava que o hotel era 4 estrelas. Mas a realidade é que hotel merecia uma estrela. Meu sobrinho ficou hospedado e ficou com uma péssima impressão. Ele me chamou para fazer uma visita e tirei algumas fotos. Parece que a última reforma foi logo após a II Guerra Mundial. A recepção parecia de uma pensão. O corredor que dava para os quartos era muito estreito e para se ter uma ideia as portas ainda não eram as modernas com fechadura com cartão e sim as antigas que utilizavam chaves. O quarto, que cheirava a mofo, era muito simples com paredes sujas e uma decoração muito antiga. A TV não estava pendurada na parede e sim em cima da mesa (conforme foto) que acabava sendo muito incômodo quando se assistia deitado na cama. O banheiro da suíte tinha a bacia e a pia muito antigos, com um box minúsculo. Fiquei com a impressão que tinha viajado no tempo de volta ao passado. O quarto que mal cabia a cama, possuía uma TV em cima da escrivaninha (que deveria ser muito desconfortável para se assistir deitado). A única coisa que se salvava era a localização bem próxima do Vaticano.
