We stayed for 4 nights in the Junior Family Club Suite and it was ideal for our 11 & 14 year olds. Plenty of space, clean and very quiet. Fresh drinking water every day and a great view of South Bangkok from our balcony. Pool was good for cooling off, one of the best wagyu beef burgers from the very chilled Gen Z bar (great for seeing the city skyline at night) and all the staff we encountered were polite, welcoming and friendly. Would happily recommend to anyone as a great hotel near China Town and access to the river. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel is in a great location and all staff are friendly and helpful. However, we checked out at 4.30am to catch flight home after a 3 night stay and was told by reception to wait while our room was checked. A single bath towel was brought back that had make up on it. We had to stand like naughty school children while staff inspected it to then be told we had to pay 1200 BHT as towel could not be cleaned. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Spoiled what was otherwise a nice experience.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly professional staff everywhere. Clean tidy rooms. The breakfast was excellent. One and a half hours from airport on Metro/Skytrain (use Google maps) or approx £30 in a taxi. We really enjoyed eating in the Sky View 360 restaurant (25th floor) that slowly revolves with stunning views of the city. Also the GenZ Bar and Bistro was great fun, good views and very reasonably priced. We would stay here again and definitely recommend the hotel.

Our stay in Bangkok was for just 2 nights and hence we wanted to stay as much closer to the center as possible. Grand China hotel fit the bill perfectly! The rooms look a bit dated but everything was neat and clean. The staff at front desk was very helpful and guided us on what to do , where to go etc.! The breakfast did not have many vegetarian options though. However, the staff did everything they could to accommodate our requests. As we had an early check-out, they even packed a box of vegetarian sandwich, fruits and water for us. If you are here for a couple of nights, I would recommend this hotel!

3rd stay at hotel, and won’t be last. The hotel is consistently great. The service, the room, and the experience. The location is close to all of the Chinatown experiences, but just far enough away where it’s not crazy or hectic on busy days. The staff is absolutely amazing, rooms cleans, and great location.
