Amazing stay! The entire staff team was extremely helpful, accomadating and warm. Always smiled and greeted me with extreme respect. All individuals were extremely helpful, with any requests I had. Special thanks to all that help at breakfast, really appreciate making it extremely easy, with bringing items to the table when asked. Gym facilties all really good, complimentary spa was amazing as well!!! Major thanks for Nithya ma'am with the room clean throught my stay. Was lovely to come to a fresh room in the evenings. Johnson Sir at the travel desk was extremely helpful in general and was at ease with all my requests. The travel service was also very good. The driver was pointing out many parts of chennai along the drive which I appreciated a lot. To finish it off the team kindly extended by check out time by couple hours for free!! Overall a very very well run hotel, with amazing services, many small touches and key to detail. Thank you to all at Grand Chennai. Hope to see you all soon. I stayed first time here. Room was clean and spacious. Check in and out was smooth. Thanks to the front desk folks. Breakfast was fabulous. Service at the bar was slow compared to other bars(it was not crowded at all). Definitely I will stay again here.

I had a great experience while i just spent a day, right from i entered to the time i left the hotel it was flawless and staff was lovely - Everyone had a smile and willingness to help. They have a huge screen in dining space with IPL screening which was just an added advantage for any cricket lover. i am vegetarian and everything i ordered was delicious. If one doesn't want to stay they can definitely visit here for a lunch or a dinner. Appreciate all the hard work from the team to make a customer feel special and their monies worth - Kudos to the entire management team for training their staff well !!!
