I have been in the same hotel in Mysore around 10 years back...since the time they actually started and was very impressed. So when the occasion came to go to Mysore again, I chose this one. They have maintained some things but gone down on some. a) the bed is just too soft- good for someone bad for people with back pain. b) the towels and the bed linen are washed but not that clean- run down condition, if you know what I mean. c) The check in time was at 1 but the room was still not ready till 2/ 230 pm d) Strange is that they have given one cup in the rooms instead of two. e) the stirrers are missing- one has to call and wait for getting the basic stirrers. f) the patch works in the infrastructure is showing up (lights has been fixed..but the painting has not been fixed.. g) the phones in the room are primitive and has an irritating sound of loose connections with no details on what number to call for what? Good part: - the break fast buffet is still very good. - the shower is awesome. Still worth a stay, since I love Tata's I want them to look into these minor details...

Great Stay at Hotel Ginger, Mysore

We have stayed in Hotel Ginger for 5 days and the stay and service was pleasant. In fact this was our second stay in this place and most of the team were still part of the hotel with same amount of dedication, commitment and hard-working even after 10 years. Very good room service, courtegeous staff and everyone was very helpful. Especially entire team at F&B staff was very helpful. We would like to thank Mr. Guruprasad, Mr. Nagendra, Mr. Balasubramanya, Mr. Santosh, and Mr. Yaseen made us to feel at home. The security team, travel desk, front office team also was very helpful and thanks them to them as well. Overall our stay was pleasent and a memorable one. We will definitely recommend this hotel. To Ginger-Mysore management team: Thank you Team Ginger, The entire team at Ginger deserve huge recognition and applauses. Kudos to the entire team at Ginger, Mysore. 🙏🙏 Regards Thani & Shashi..

Stayed for a day. Quick Check-in. Quick Check Out. The food provided by the Etc Cafe was great. Do try the Gobhi paratha, as it is made in a north Indian style. it was an exception to my usual observation "Dilli mein dosa aur Bangalore me paratha khaane ka ek hi nishkarsh- dono bekaar hote hai"

The service is good, room is good clean and well maintained, food is good too its a well maintained hotel. The gym can be a little bigger and food menu can have more variety. Overall its a very good hotel.Thanx to all staff,Especially Mr Abdul for good hospitality.
