The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend... "Lovely hotel Lovely hotel and staff. One of the best stay with family, really wonderful staff, well knowledge, skilled and honest staff.. Ambience of the hotel is so cool and architecture is great.. I stayed at Ginger Dwarka with my family in May 2024. This property is located outside the city, many new hotels are being built nearby. IHCL is repositioning the Ginger brand from a budget stay brand to a lean luxe brand and this property is part of that. It is certainly better than Red Fox, it could be equated with Ibis Styles or Fairfield. They need to work on cleanliness, especially in the common bathrooms and the restaurant. Also, food service needs to improve a lot. Half of us got sick after eating here for 2 days. The wi-fi works well but the access is a bit complex and you need to get a new access code every day. The rooms were properly furnished (a bit dimly lit and not very specious, but that's expected). The extra mattress was not very comfortable. A coffee tray with an electric kettle is provided in each room. The bathroom was decent, water pressure was nice. 2 towels in our room had yellow stains. They provided only soaps in our bathroom. I imagined that this being a budget chain might not provide a full set of toiletries but later I found out that those were provided in our other room. We checked with the front desk for driver accommodation and were informed that they do not provide the same. However, later on, our driver informed us that there were indeed some facilities for which he was guided by the security personnel. I asked them if I could settle the food bill using my Tata Neu Coins (similar to my experience at other IHCL properties), but got a negative response for that, even though I had booked one of the rooms by redeeming the Neu Coins. Eventually, I settled it through a credit card. Overall it was a very average experience and I might try some other property in Dwarka the next time.

I had made the payment for room booking and after payment of Rs. 6780 booking confirmation not received then agin I called again on same number +91 92354 37299 he asked me for pay again and after some time came to know it's fraud and hotel denied the room.
