We came to Atlanta for a family getaway with our 1 year old. I chose this hotel based on reviews and I’m glad I did! The hotel is very spacious, clean, and had spectacular customer service. Very Disney feeling from all staff - in a good way. Carrington, in particular, took great care of us! The area was super convenient and safe feeling. Lots of students and campus police. The loading dock was covered and large, which was great for a toddler. The rooms were big, clean, and worked great for our family. It only took about 15 min to get places like the zoo or Ponce city market, botanical gardens, etc. so we could come back for his naps. The buffet is good, but don’t replace a restaurant for this unless you just NEED to for timing. My only complaint is there is major construction going on by the hotel. I didn’t see any reviews that mentioned it. They put earplugs by the bed - LOL - but not going to help. Honestly, I wouldn’t care since we were getting up around 8-830 each day. But on the first morning ONE guy was out there, jack hammering at 730 am. The next few days they had more people, but started a little later. The hotel can’t help this, but it’s just a block of dirt and it’s going to be a large building, so I think this will Plague them awhile. I’d stay here again though!

We came for 2 nights, liked the hotel. We were able to check in a few hours early. Reception was friendly. Water daily. WiFi was good. Shower pressure was good. Bed comfy. Parking was $21 daily in n out privileges. Parking lot attendant was rude when we needed assistance one night. Nice area around hotel.

I try to book Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center each and every year for my student visit event. They go above and beyond when it comes to what I need to accommodate a large group of students at one time. Their communication is top tier!! I have had the pleasure to communicate with Stephanie Miller and Kelley Shaffer for years now and they never disappoint from start to finish. The students have also complimented on how great the staff and rooms were while visiting and enjoy their stay. It is ALWAYS a pleasure and honor booking with them and so, so easy. The accounts payable team also provide final invoices in a timely manner. I will always contact GaTech Hotel first when I am in need of a block of rooms or a single room for occasional visitors. Thank you all so very much for making my yearly experience one that I look forward to revisiting each time.

I attended a business conference at Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center and can not say enough about the exceptional service the venue provided. Whether it was check in, dining, housekeeping, and even luggage storage - every single person I encountered was friendly, kind and so very helpful. I felt like a VIP guest even though I was no one special. I highly recommend this site for work events but you can bet I will come back with family!

Great hidden gem in the midtown, Atlanta area. Hotel is comfortable, clean, nice & quiet. Staff is excellent (I wanted to grab front staff’s names… Jaylen, Chris… 2-3 others at the desk… Ashley in the restaurant). We were very jet lagged and the staff was kind. Restaurant hours are limited; food good. Shower water could be hotter. Room was spacious. Would stay again.
