The Marriott Frankfurt knows the real meaning of providing exceptional Marriott quality service! This property does so many things right mostly all stemming from the front desk where everyone is friendly and genuinely wants to take care of you and ensure you have a pleasant stay. I’ve stayed at over 150 different Marriott properties and this one knows service. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Lucy and felt right at home. Her perfect service we received was so refreshing! Thank you for your kindness, sincere smile, and going the extra mile to get us in a room with a great view and visiting with us. All the other front desk agents we also encountered were also just fantastic and friendly. Also thank you to Harjeet, Maya and Liliana at breakfast all for your incredible hospitality. The breakfast restaurant on property is so beautiful and has an amazing high quality assortment for breakfast one of our favorite breakfasts in the world! The M Club lounge is also top notch and we love the specialty coffee machines, tea and that they have honey. It also was pleasant in the morning they had a coffee machine by the main entrance for all guests! This is so nice. Everything about this hotel makes us want to come back every time we visit Frankfurt. The only area of improvement is the dated rooms but they are actually in the process of renovating them all over the next year or so which is just fantastic!! Can’t wait till our next visit!!

Stayed here from 10th to 14th March with my husband and 2 children and this place is highly recommended - good and centrally located and easily accessible from the train station , and Sunshine Plaza , clean , great 24hr Club M lounge access breakfast , tea time and happy hours drinks ! Soccer match and great beer n hamburgers at Champions Bar . Special mention goes to Ms Muriel Boutinon at the Concierge who helped us with detailed and great recommendations for our 2 boys very patiently , making our stay memorable !

Excellent stay ! I had a 20 hours layover on my way back to Canada ! Omran Souilem the manager on duty gave an excellent service !he upgraded my room for one with a better view ! The sports bar was open until late ! Didn’t have enough time to enjoy the city since it was already late .I’ll definitely consider going there again if ever I pass by the city !

I start my review by thanking the wonderful staff at the hotel specially at the M lounge and reception, which was very attentive to each and every guest, ensuring everyone was served well. The room had a personal welcome note from the general manager, with a good gesture of small chocolates. The room itself had very old furniture, uncomfortable couch. The bed was basic. The air-conditioning was loud, and they were no amenities in the bathroom, except hygiene kit which included earbuds, nail filer and that’s all. it would be recommended to put toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving gel, and shaving kit, which would be very useful for travelers as realistically, not many people need nail filers. The gym was very well appointed & clean. The breakfast in the lounge was good, so was the evening cocktail dinner. Although the quality of food could be greatly improved.
