Rather old hotel and old rooms. Very noisy.(old pvc Windows. You hear everything from the road). Had to call the engineer to fix the ac that made lot of noise. Concierge gives basic info and poor advices. 2nd day we come back at 5pm. The room was not made. « Sorry we forgot. But we Will give you a 100 discount😂 on a 2600 dollar per night suite! What a joke. I never do but for once I Checked the bill. There was a 300 dol mistake.and so on… ! This is not the 4 season standard i am used to(except the Price:-) I don t know the City but you probably can find better for that kind of money However. Do try the toro toro restaurant. Very good

As expected from any Four Seasons, we were met with exceptional service from the time we pulled up until the moment we departed. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. We were traveling with two young children, and the staff went above and beyond to make this stay special for them as well. We’ve never been disappointed by a Four Seasons hotel, and this one is no exception.

Worst 4 seasons I have ever visited. Old and crappy rooms. I had a 1 bedroom suite and my room had no desk. No real dresser space and a tiny closet. Street flood lights came into the bedroom through curtains that didn’t properly fit. Resturant is like an apple bees. Food is over seasoned and much of it is fried. It is surprising they keep their name on this hotel.

The Four Seasons Houston is always a great place to visit. The hotel staff go above and beyond to accommodate any request. The amenities are better than most luxury hotels, and the room are perfect. The workout room and pool area are excellent. The onsite restaurant (Toro Toro) is also great - you don't have to leave this property.

I always enjoy my stay at the Four Seasons. It's a great location in downtown Houston and the staff are absolutely fabulous. They always remember by name and the services and the rooms are wonderful. The bar is also a great place to meet people for business meetings, as is Toro Toro restaurant.
