Walking into the room, the musty smell was overwhelming, and my 9-year-old asked if there was perfume available to help mask it. There was two long black hair in both the main bed, as well as the pull-out couch bed. The pull-out also contained another treat in the sheets, a goldfish cracker. A sign in the bathroom reads that if the towels have makeup or dirt stains you will be charged to replace. Is that not what a towel is used for? Not to mention, when using the washroom during the night, it seems our room was occupied already. A medium sized beetle scuttled across the floor. The one positive that earns the 1 star, was the friendly staff at check-in.

The hotel and rooms are fine. we stayed here for a hockey tournament for my son with his team. The first night I was awoken up at 1:30 am by a guy circling the parking lot, squealing his tires and blaring music. The next night several trucks were broken into, back covers cut open and everything. The third night someone stole a fellow parents truck from our team. The security at the hotel is absolutely brutal even after being made aware of the situation in the parking lot. They should spend more time making sure the guests belongs are secure and safe rather than our kids walking in the halls leaving the pool area. When asked if they had cameras they said yes, however the cannot access them ??!!!????!!?

I booked 2 suites and was not given what was in my reservation. This was a long drive for my family and this is a huge inconvenience as we now don’t have proper sleeping arrangements. We go away with our children once a year and this was very upsetting.

Room flooded on the outside wall. Moved me to a room with a dirty toilet that had poop around the rIm. Room service did not answer - had to get dressed go down - asked if I could wait and carry my tray upstairs. At the end my complaints were answered with a promise to comp my meal and when I opened my emailed portfolio - I had been charged I have stayed at this property every year in July and I don't think I could ever return there again.

Bugs- do not stay here

Disgusting. The carpets were filthy and there were earwigs in the shower. Bedsheets had stains, absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend. Told the front desk about the bugs, and they said they are aware that is a problem on the first floor, and offered to come spray bug spray. We left early and they still charged us for the third night. Terrible customer service, and very short sighted as our group is likely to return in the future, but next time we’ll stay somewhere else. Do not stay here.
