Excellent place with wonderful landscaping , well maintained cozy rooms and the evening bonfire is worth a mention . The staff is warm and helpful . Having a inhouse kids play area , would be desirable specially . And a bigger dining area in case of a full house would help . Overall an excellent place .

Nice place to stay with family, staff is too good from the check in to the restaurant everyone wear a smile and try to make you feel comfortable. They also have tea and snacks in evening and hard drinks with bonfire in night (both are completely) it's a kid friendly place and we would strongly recommend it. Attaching there activities chart for easy reference with the review.

It was very nice experience with-our family. People there have treated us very well. Especially at restaurant we were treated well by chef Vijay who prepared our food with much care. Food for baby was provided at any required time. Hospitality of Mr.Dinesh made us felt the real warmth of Ooty. Also should mention others took much care on us Miss. Shelly, Miss. Jenni and Miss. Sharmila. Gardener Mr.Swamy was so sweet to explain our children about each plants. Thank you all for the memories created.

Here at Fortune Resort in Ooty we felt a warm welcome from each of the staffs and cared us as an own family. Truly a place n resort to visit and special thanks to Chef Raja for caring and making our stay stress free by serving our little daughter meals ready with delicious smoothies and also the food was good too.
