We had visited the pavalian restaurant in fortune retreat resort. It was a very good experience along with my family. The chef Vinot and sharmila gave us a very good hospitality in terms of food and ambience. They are very cooperative. Thnks to fortune we will visit again.

The rooms were cozy and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Mr. Dinesh Kumar and his team at the restaurant. Ms. Ellis, from the spa (spa services were extremely good too) and Mr. Varatharaj Karthik were especially good.

Excellent place with wonderful landscaping , well maintained cozy rooms and the evening bonfire is worth a mention . The staff is warm and helpful . Having a inhouse kids play area , would be desirable specially . And a bigger dining area in case of a full house would help . Overall an excellent place .

Nice place to stay with family, staff is too good from the check in to the restaurant everyone wear a smile and try to make you feel comfortable. They also have tea and snacks in evening and hard drinks with bonfire in night (both are completely) it's a kid friendly place and we would strongly recommend it. Attaching there activities chart for easy reference with the review.
