We looked at many resort options at Thekkady, before finalizing Forest Canopy. And this was a perfect choice. It is very close to the Periyar reserve entrance. The resort is midsized. It is well maintained. We were placed in the premium cottage. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean and well maintained. The outer porch is a nice place to sit and look at the skyline. The view is beautiful from the top floors. They have 1 restaurant. We are vegetarians and we found the food well made. The staff accommodated all our requests. Whar specifically stood out was the warmth and care of the staff. Everyone at the resort was courteous and obliging. The resort is near the main road, but we did not face any issue due to that. We were very happy with our stay at Forest canopy. It’s ideal for a family.

Wonderful experience would highly recommend . The staff we polite and helpful. Food was nice, although western breakfast eggs and toast, fruit. Lovely setting for the views very peaceful. Staff in front desk Lindy and sunny in were really helpful

This was our favourite hotel during our travels in Kerala. And we stayed in some really good hotels. The welcome upon check in, complimentary room upgrade, tea hour in the afternoon, the quality of the food in the restaurant, and extremely kind and helpful staff all make this an excellent property. We honestly couldn't think of a single thing wrong with this hotel. The room was lovely, and the large balcony with beautiful view was a really treat. Every single member of staff here goes above and beyond. From the reception staff, Roy who drives the little car to get you up and down the hill, the fabulous restaurant staff who were always so cheerful and helpful. And the staff in the gardens who used to pop their head round the corner to see if we wanted the balcony light turned on after dark, and even if we wanted a clothes dryer on the balcony when they saw me with some wet washing. 10/10. We really hope to return some day and would recommend to anyone.

The chefs and restuarant manager are so polite and they serve you wholeheartedly its so amazing to be in such amazing place food was amazing too . A must visit place to go with your family and they even upgraded our room to premium to have an amazing exprience

What an amazing concept building a hotel on a hilltop surrounded by nature. Our room had plenty of room, was clean with a giant comfy bed. Open the windows and enjoy the fresh air and the sound of nature. The staff were extremely accommodating, almost going out of their way to please us. Thank you.
