She went above and beyond in handling the irregularity of our booking case and took care of everything to ensure a truly fantastic experience . Shopping weekend with my mom and sister, tradition we have been doing for 20+ years. Mostly excellent experience, this time however we were on a floor with a young hockey team and they were in the hallway playing and screaming banging on the walls and using our room as their goal till 9pm

Spent 4 nights in the Polynesian Themed Room. My teen daughter and myself had a blast! The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. We felt taken care of and safe. The experience was exactly how I hoped it would be. All day in Edmonton Mall and all evening relaxing in our hotel room. The Jacuzzi completed the room experience for sure!

Not a hotel I would stay at more than once. The price is too high for what you get. The staff were nice, but the jacuzzi was run down and didn’t fully work. It is in need of some up dates for the price you pay. Food was expensive as well.

Had to fight to have hotel honour reservation promises upon arrival

Terrible experience checking in and having hotel honour reservation and promotions offered during the booking . Not only did the staff not accommodate the customer but we had to take it all the way to the call center review of the call to which it was decided it was their mistake and could honour their original booking after we spent hrs arguing over this even though it was all clearly stated in the email confirmation provided during the booking process!
