It is like a two bedroomed flat of a serviced apartment, with a well equipped kitchen.We also loved the decor, the greenary around and the lovely poster-beds. only drawback, its bit away from the beach. But Somnath is quite a helpful guy who would arrange for transport, whenever necessary. It would have been great if there is an elevator, especially for my Mom, aged 75. But still we would love to be there again.

Quintessential Serviced Apartment

This is basically a serviced apartment. What you get here is not exactly a hotel room, rather it’s either a one BHK or a two BHK. The unit we booked was a one BHK. It has a well maintained bedroom with poster bed, dining area with a 4-seater dining table, living area with a divan and two single seater sofas & TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stove & fridge. It has two balconies, one towards the front of the building and the other towards the back of the building facing a lush green plantation. Location wise this place might not have a great advantage as it’s not a beach-side property, but some of the popular north goa beaches like Ashwem, Morjim, Mandrem etc are within 2-5 km radius. The breakfast was free for us. We were given the choice of bread-omelet or pav-bhaji with tea/coffee/juice all throughout our stay of 6 days which sounded bit redundant. We expected the breakfast to have more options. Moreover, there is no facility available for lunch or dinner (-1/2 Stars). They have provided only ONE bottle of water at check-in and charged for the remaining 3 water bottles we ordered for. At least a bottle of water (although it’s not sufficient for 2 people for a day) should have been provided every day of stay, which is a norm across industry. I find this rule of Fabhotel ridiculous (-1/2 Star). The property has very limited parking space. It has space for 4-5 cars at max (even then it can be a tight fit and you might not find space to reverse). Except the few above snags, the staffs here are friendly and the property is very well maintained. The sleep quality was very good since the bed did not have those bouncy spring mattress. Also being in a non crowded location, we were never disturbed by the road noise.

nice place to stay with family very calm place rooms are also too big with nice white curtains covering da room n cot makes us feel nice kitchen also well maintained staff are very good owner is a bindass person would like to visit da place again n again if fab hotels will make its check in n check out timings in to 24hrs it will be very help full

While this hotel may not look like much from the outside, has fantastic rooms and polite staff. I had taken the 2 BHK which was fabulous. Adequately stocked with the basic utensils, it was perfect when we wanted to stay in and eat at home. There is a super market diagonally opposite the property which makes it really convenient to get basic ingredients and cook. In addition to this, while every other car rental guy was over charging us, the property owner, Somnath was nice enough to immediately arrange a vehicle for us at a reasonable price. The beaches are at a distance, but you can easily get a car or a bike and reach there in minutes. We were completely happy during our stay and are looking forward to staying here again.

Located near Mandrem and Arambol . i loved this place, we stayed in one of the ground floor cottage and to our surprise , what a beautiful experience we had . the uncle who is at the reception is a great and polite man , and would help you out of the way.
