The best thing happened when the girl told we can’t give toilet paper,Floor mattress.on emergency , last minute booking i did so the room not cheap at all. But the service.it’s terrible. Room telephone was not working. No restaurant in the hotel while other hotels of same group have the restaurant.without asking hotel staffs were coming and knocking on the door. When I opened the door one said “any problem”.

Terrible experience on weekend trip to Mysore

We had booked 2 rooms for a single night, the rooms were not ready at checkout and when we did receive the room after waiting for an hour they were ill maintained. The wash basins in the bathroom were dirty and water logged. Only one towel was supplied for 2 rooms, that too only after repeated requests, it took 6 hours for other towels to be provided. No extra bed was provided for the room of 2+1 adult after repeated requests, so 3 adults had to sleep on one double bed. The air conditioning did not work throughout. The plumber came to fix the basins and left the bathroom dirty. Terrible experience for a very high weekend price, best to avoid this place.

Towels were not in good condition only one towel provided..Facility and room maintenance are very bad.Site restaurant not available. Service is not up to marks.Hot water is not available. Pillow cover is too old.Breakfast serving from another hotel. Payment option only Cash paid , Debit /Credit card not Accepted. Not Recommended for Family.

Had to stay here for a friend's wedding. They book this for guests for their function. Enjoyed our stay here. Clean rooms. We needed an iron and the receptionist provided us with an iron. Cooperative staff.

I had stayed here with my family on the way back to bangalore from madikeri. We stayed here only for a night. Rooms are good and simple. Toilets also good. This is best suitable for travelers who comes for work than for families who wants to have good experience. But the price with breakfast is very attractive which I got the deal from Booking.com. We had a problem for getting hot water in the morning.Even after complaint it got delayed and our plan was delayed due to this.Room service is also not great. Breakfast was served in the morning which was south indian. We liked it very much as it is simple and good taste.They dont have a restaurant for full time operation as mentioned in the website.Only breakfast is served for the hotel guest on prerequest. for lunch and dinner we have to go to some other restaurant. There is one KAMAT restaurant which is very near and with good tasty food. Overall this hotel is good for medium budget
