I stayed in the Extended Stay on Dec 7th for a business trip. I told the receptionist I would be back at 12 for my things and she said OK. As I got back my things were gone. The receptionist had taken them to the lobby. As I got there I discovered he had gone thru my things. He stoked a pair of jeans and my iPhone charger. NEVER STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED!

We found everything to be like family as well as the manager was very helpful during my rehab time after surgery from the area best yet to stay at five star service After surgery stàff wàs kind n curious when needed help getting in and out of the building one young man on night shift was such a kind man in helping with doors

Let me first start off by saying we walked in and the guy that was supposed to be behind the counter was talking to his girlfriend on the couch. After a few minutes he finally got up and said absolutely nothing to us. He gave us our room keys and I was absolutely disgusted with what I saw. The room smelled like weed, there were stains all over the counter, shower and floor. We immediately went to the front desk to check out. When we did I was told by “Darrell Bryant” that a manager was going to call me and refund my money. Did that happen? Of course not! That’s not even the worst part. When we were leaving a man walked out from the behind the bushes and asked if we wanted to buy drugs. This place is not safe and disgusting!

Check-in was the worst. There was noone at the front desk for about 10 minutes. When she did return she was not friendly. Plus just getting into the lobby door you needed a key. Go figure! The non-smoking "smoke free" room wreaked of smoke. Included breakfast consisted of coffee or tea and one type of granola bar (of which there were about 10). Also the AC was very noisy. I won't even mention that we got the room on the first floor next to a noisy part of the parking lot and the ice machine. I never leave reviews when I travel, but I just had to this time.

Last week we stayed here expecting the usual normal amenities for a reasonably priced hotel. Instead, we were placed in a room in which the TV only received 5-6 channels out of about 40. We called the front desk and were told we would be placed into another room shorlty. Well, shortly never came. After 5 additional phone calls we were told we would have another room the next day. Of course, we were never moved and was told we would have another room the next day for sure. We never received another room. So we went three days with 5 channels which greatly reduced the enjoyment that we were promised and what we paid for. Upon checking out, we were promised a room adjustment on the rate due to the malfunctioning TV. Of course, this never happened. We decided that due to the great price over our regular hotel that we would give ES another chance. So you know what comes next, the TV had the exact same issues as before, no local channels and only the last four on the menu. We asked some other guests if they were having the same problem and we found three others who experienced the same issue. We asked them if they complained to the front desk and they had done so but never had the issue fixed or moved to a room where the TV did work (if there is one) or a rate adjustment and they all stated no. There is no telling how many others have had the same experience in this place. It is painfully obvious that management does not care about providing basic TV service as advertised on their website. They also have no interest in providing a remedy for the issue nor compensating for services not provided as advertised. This is a clear violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act which prohibits consumer fraud. A basic TV hookup to cable is not a difficult accomplishment with today's technology, however, providing such a basic service is not a primary concern here given the facts stated above. I will pay a few more dollars to at least have basic cable as advertised in the future. They are NOT going to fix this problem, go elsewhere.
