We booked a deluxe room for our 4 night stay. It had a lovely sit out balcony and a small sofa. The bedroom was modern and the bed & pillows very comfortable. The AC worked very well and was quiet. Although the TV remote showed Netflix, the TV wasn't a smart tv! There were a few points that we feel, for the level of room, could be improved upon. 1. The shower isn't great. It takes a good while of water flow to achieve a usable temperature. 2. For the level of room, there should be a coffee machine. A kettle really isn't good enough these days. Especially as there is a lovely sit out terrace! 3. TV should be Smart! We would stay at the hotel again. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid. We didn't use public transport once!

Horrible experience. Don't stay at this hotel unless you want to be treated badly. The staff agreed to store my luggage and then mistakenly gave it to another guest who went to the airport. Luckily, that guest recognized the problem and sent my luggage back to the hotel with an Uber. The staff were not helpful at all - they told me I needed a police report before any action could be taken. To make matters worse, the hotel gave me room 113, which was above a nightclub, the noise was unbearable when asking for a room change; Hotel staff said there were no rooms available even though their website showed room availability. On Tuesday I asked to change my room because I suspected that the nightclub would be open on the eve of a holiday and they assured me that it was not necessary because the nightclub was only open on weekends and in fact the nightclub opened that night because it was a holiday. Once again, an absolutely horrible experience: Madrid is a great city, this is a horrible hotel.

Wonderful front desk staff! Super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. The room was as expected in Europe but I got a queen bed which made it perfect. Bed was very comfy, shower had good pressure and temperature. Lots of toiletries. Breakfast buffet is offered but I did not get a chance to take advantage of it. The area was safe and well lit. There is a nightclub next door which i could not hear even with my windows opened. Can't wait to visit again such a great stay here!

We visited in March. We absolutely love this hotel! Very clean, staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this place. Centrally located, comfortable room with a wonderful terrace. Hotel is spotless and once again, I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff are.

We have just spent 3 completely enjoyable days in Madrid staying at this superbly located. The hotel and bedroom is spotless, stylish and comfortable. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Very helpful, always smiling. I can not praise them highly enough. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel, the staff and the location.
