Nice hotel, good quality bed and overall services. Wifi can be slow from time to time. Restaurant are fine. Breakfast is very good. There are several other restaurant in the lobby giving acces to various type of foods Ali from the front desk is very sympathetic and accomodating. Definately coming back next time.

The staff was friendly and prompt. The snacks were delicious and the food was sumptuous. Mushroom vaul evonts, spring rolls , Dal kababs were special. All arrangements were done very well. Himanshu was a great as a banquet sales manager taking care of each and every thing we wanted. The Mocktails were very good.

Somraj who came to clean my room late in the evening was of amazing help. I was watching Chennai IPL match late in the evening and he was quick quiet and prompt. Wonderful housekeeping staff at the Eros hotel. Wish some things were looked at, such as rectifying some room which are worn and torn. Staff also need to be more stern at customer who defy health and safety issues at breakfast; I saw some people picking on cereal with their hands at the buffet breakfast, unacceptable!!!!! Almost there and definitely have the potential for perfection. Wish them good luck!
