The plus: Reception clerk very friendly, good room size, cool lobby, coffe/tea machine, The less: The room needs improvemnt, it seems it has been refurbished some time ago and there's furniture, ceiling, floor deteriorated. The decoration is "peculiar", terrible soap/bath gel dispensers, the location is far from city center.

The hotel is near Metro in an ordinary Madrid district, but with a good connection to the airport and centre ! Frontdesk is nice, helpful, and friendly. The room is small , clean, and functional even Kaffee/tea station but water is 1.5 Euro and coffee tea will not refill I think for the price a tea bag and water should be refill and include! The walls are tin, and the windows are only 1/3 size, so the room feels darker and smaller ! The best is the bakery/cafe in GF door to door with fresh good orange juice, coffee, and Spanish sandwiches for a very good price! The price and location are fine !

Hotel is close to two metro stops which commute straight into Sol a main city stop. This is convenient and costs approx €3.80 return per person. You can buy a 10 journey ticket for approx €10. I was only in the city for two nights. Hotel is small and rooms compact. Clean and tidy. I didn’t eat at the hotel however it appeared busy with diners. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I book a room for 1 with a big bed and really is good they inform me that was a tiny one because bed is 1.8 meter but if sleep with someone has to jump over because doesn't have space around. On my case room was so noisy because coffee shop was below and street isolation is not so good. Room looks nice and well optimized space.

Though located between 2 metro lines and on a main road, it is a 2 star hotel as per my rating. Service is ok and standard. It is more in lines of a budget hotel. Noisy road can disturb you if you take the room facing road.
