We are repeat customers —-Comfortable bedding, CLEAN, quiet, and gorgeous, peaceful grounds surrounding the hotel. Our favorite part of the stay is dining downstairs. The food is great, but service can’t be beat. These ladies always make us feel like family….thank you Lantania, Zae and crew!!! You are the biggest reason we return to this hotel. Thank you! I always recommend Emory Hotel to my friends visiting the area.

Stayed for a conference. Conference space was good. The room was not that great. My fridge wasn’t working, but they brought me a second one that wasn’t very cold. The toilet would run for a while after flushing and be obnoxiously loud. The bed cover always kept falling off no matter what I did and even when just barely moving the blankets. The guy at check in was nice. When I checked out, Mary was very rude and lacked good customer service. It left me with a bad feeling about the place. Food was just alright during lunch times. The Chinese buffet was not good at all. Didn’t try the upstairs restaurant. Bar staff was nice.

The hotel and rooms were fine, however, they charged us double and we still don't have our money back. We pre-paid for our room for 3 nights, but then the hotel charged our card we provided for incidentals for 2 nights. Two weeks and multiple phone calls later, we still don't have our money back. What a mess. One phone call took 4 hours and we were directed to Expedia they outsourced the booking to, and given the runaround with several of their subcontractors, some speaking such bad English they gave up and connected us with the next subcontractor. Horrible.

Friendliest and most accommodating staff I have ever encountered! The hotel is clean, and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Found out that the design of the hotel is based on Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater house in PA. This is very evident in the beautiful outdoor spaces behind the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable loding near my parents place. I checked in on 12/22/23 and check out on 12/24/23. Both processes were easy and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room is modern and comfortable but I had an issue with the tv remote on the second night. Otherwise, a great place and I recommend. I walked to my parents place; General Muir; and the Lullwater estate.
