'Unleash' your pets!!

Keywords: Pets, peace, B&B - Butterflies & Birds!! Think green, open spaces, mountain views, serenity and quite! A cottage within a selection of cottages, with your own front yard, enclosed with bushes which will make you 'unleash' your pet to go crazy and you go merry! That's what happened to us. After a friend recommended this to me, my wife and I along with my parents and our pet dog visited this beauty of a place for 2 nights. It's literally on a road less travelled as the road actually ends within a couple of kilometres after this. It's a place to unwind and just be. We took the Twin Cottage which was perfect for us two couples. In the front yard they also have a gazebo which works great for morning breakfast, evening snacks and even a roundtable discussion on family or other matters :) The staff is super helpful, obliging and extremely polite. Since the property is primarily for pet owners, the staff is pet friendly too. Mr Lalit and his wife Mrs Deepa were really helpful and lovely to talk to. They delighted me by actually getting me a couple of bottles of buransh squash (an Uttrakhand speciality and also a part of their menu) which I just casually enquired about when they served me the same. Don't expect fancy food. The food choices are limited but are sufficient for your appetite. It's all (north Indian) homemade and can actually be customised (less spice/more spice etc) as per you. Everything from food to other services on the property premises is primarily managed by Mr Lalit and his family and they do their job well. I'm sure I'm coming back here very soon!!

I love to go to this place. This is one of the most amazing property I have seen. The huge garden that is part of the bunglow is the best part as both my babies, fur and human can enjoy it to the fullest. This place is the true meaning of pet friendly and not just pet acceptable like all others.

We visited the Emerald Trail during the Holi long weekend in March 2024 with our 2 fur babies and were pleasantly surprised with the huge private green area attached to every cottage with secured boundaries. This not only ensured your pet’s safely but also other guest’s privacy. The food was fresh, tasty and customised per your taste. Truly homemade! And to my surprise there was a special dog menu too😊. Waiting for our next visit soon!
