Don at the bar was amazing. Always friendly. Amazing recommendations and such a great demeanor. Truly the life of the bar. He was engaging with a great memory and fun sense of humor. The hotel was in a great location with amazing views of the water and architecture!!

This hotel is in excellent location. Easy transportation, a block from river walk, Tribune plaza, shopping and dining. Whole Foods across the street makes your life easy. The hotel service is superb, great breakfast bar. Ask for Makrand, he is a great front desk guy, he can give you good advice on what to do in chicago.

Beds are comfier than I expected and the pillows were like sleeping in clouds. The adjacent room made the room such a better space. The water pressure was great even on the 14th floor. Our bartender Donnie was the best! Super friendly and he was extremely polite :)

We arrived at the Hilton and were excited to celebrate a special birthday!! We upgraded our room to make it extra special. The rooms are NOT AT ALL updated!! In fact, ours was old and dirty. We couldn't even close our curtains since they were broken so we had to attach a hanger to it to keep the blinds closed. We said something to the front desk and they told us every single room was the same. They allowed us to look at another room and that one had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The lobby is beautiful and the location is great but I would NOT RECOMMEND the rooms.

The friendliest and nicest staff experience we have had at any hotel! A BIG shout out to two amazing housekeepers, Cassandra Johnson & Mariangeli Gonzales. They both went above and beyond to assist our family today! Thank you for a great stay while visiting Chicago for our daughter’s gymnastics meet!
