This is the worst Embassy Suites I’ve seen! Dirty sheets and A/C in room not working upon arrival ! Breakfast is a nightmare! They ran out of plates , forks every morning! I’ve never seen breakfast so chaotic! Rust and mold in the bathroom!

Great hospitality and care by the front office desk executives (specially Mr. Jamal). As usual, Embassy Suites breakfast were fabulous and have good options for vegetarians. Nice and clean room and very cordial and caring staffs. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

The hotel is in a good location in downtown Atlanta near Aquarium, world of Coke, NCAA hall of fame. The Mercedes Benz stadium is an easy walk. Big rooms and pretty quiet. Reception hour with drinks in the atrium. The whole hotel surrounds the atrium. Good breakfast but a lack of tables. Especially small tables. You always have to share with others. Breakfast line for hot food is crowded because there is only one way to get to it. The other stations are to close and also causes lines. Overall pretty good but crowded on weekends

This is the worst place to come, do not spend a penny here for them to double book then blame the customer for it, this is the worst stay at a hotel that I’ve ever experienced.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is next to Centennial Park, a Convention Center entrance, and most of the major attractions in Downtown Atlanta. The rooms were suite-like and spacious except for the bathrooms, which were quite small for the overall room size. Cleanliness was unfortunately below average (some hairs in tub, soap scum on counter). The double beds were not the most comfortable (tended to sag). The room was quiet at night. Wifi was reasonable speed but would sometimes have a delay reconnecting. Breakfast had good options (including the signature omelets) but could easily get overwhelmed if hotel was busy, making for very long lines. Items (eg yogurt) would randomly run out even on non-busy days so it was a bit unpredictable. Did not attend any evening receptions. Overall it was a good stay with the strengths being location and quietness (weaknesses cleanliness and bed comfort).
