USP - Drive to resort is amazing. Located in thick forest. A beautiful short walk into jungle take you to caves n waterfall areas. Resort is done well, reception area is very good warmth vibes, welcome drinks n some munching begins there. Food was great at restaurant at pool side. Staff is polite n friendly. Manager was great and great to talk to. Rooms are spacious with balcony. Overall awesome place

Not a star category hotel, can’t recommend this property. Rooms are shabby, bathrooms are worst. Very pathetic condition. I changed hotel in first one hour of check in. I don’t know where to complain such a cheating business.

Location - good if you looking for a recluse - but traveling withing munnar to any of the tourist spots is also expensive and time consuming. Rooms - large, but not well appointed - can accomodate 3-4 people easily, suite sized, with double washrooms - but housekeeping is not able to do its job, even EPABX or whatever they have installed doesnt work properly. Cleaning is not up to the mark, neither are the views from the rooms. Breakfast - leaves much to be demanded - if you can follow up and get things done with the staff, it may work, else, its a trouble Staff - polite, but seemed understaffed or simply apathetic. Overall - not recommended for this price point at all. No network coverage or Wifi or TV - so entertainment is a challenge, especially in a town that goes off with the sun!

Excellency Forest Trail, Munnar It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner and breakfast.... Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.,,ms. Vijayalakshmi was the host. She treated us well. Very accomodative and friendly 😊😊👍👌❤️❤️
