This is such a bad hotel,there service is very poor..i had already told in the reception while checkin in and also 2 times in the evening that ill be leaving arond 3 am.in the morning for njp to receive my brother but they just gave a damn ,i had to call and request to open the gate...not just this after i came back from njp they have the gates locked,the lift isnt working and the person i booked from is not helping us ..He is reciving the call but not talking..such a worst mornig ,we are still waiting its already been 2hours... Even before this i wanted to complain regarding the dirty pillow and the dirty bathroom but i thought of not doing this but this time making us wait for more than 2 hours outside like a homeless was such a bad experience ..This made me even cry.. Hopeless staff and service

Not even a 2 star class hotel. Rooms are dirty, Furniture and bathroom fittings are broken and stinking rooms. Rooms wall and windows are dampered. Bedsheets and blankets were so dirty, I had to get extra bedsheet and blanket from my relatives in siliguri. Please checkout the pictures and take your own risk HUMBLE REQUEST TO TRIPADVISOR, PLEASE CHECK BEFORE PROMOTING ANY HOTEL.

Excellent Executive Class Budget hotel on the busy road of Siliguri Opposite to Uttarbanga Marwadi Bhawan, Near P C Mittal Bus Terminal. Courteous Staffs in all departments. Especially in the front office namely Ms Dichenla Bhutia who is very helpful in all respect. Well Furnished Room with modern amenities. Foods are very delicious. This hotel has a 3000sq ft banquet, 700sq ft Meeting Room, 40-50 seater restaurant and above all more than 4000sq ft Open Air Terrace. I will recommend all my near and dear one to visit this hotel for stay, all corporate meets, leisure trip, weeding, get together etc. I would like to say my heartiest thanks to Mr Atanu Chatterjee, the Managing Director of Elan Hospitality Ventures who is taking care personally of everybody from staffs to guests. Location is very good advantage for this hotel, who are traveling to the hills or coming back from hills like Darjeeling or sikkim. Some room of the hotels are very good....the rooms which are renovated few days back are having attractive interior and spacious too.

We just had an overnight stay at this hotel and found it to be very friendly and comfortable. We had booked it online it is in a very good location far from the hustle and there are malls and many good shops around in that stretch. First thing first the reception was simple and the person there greeted us with a smile and did not delay to provide us the room. As we entered the room, it was very spacious and huge. There was separate dressing area with full-size mirror, bench, and cupboard. The bathroom was again clean and big. The room had huge windows and the entire area was clean and very cozy. It is a couple friendly hotel. The staff is exceptionally helpful. I had the best experience in the hotel in Siliguri on a good budget.
