This hotel is very nice and view of this hotel is amazing😍😍.. I stayed in this hotel with my family for 2 days. My room no was 216. There rooms are neat and clean. Location from the top of this hotel is very beautiful✨. All staff members of this hotel are very helpful but specially house keeping staff Miss Priyanka is so beautiful and very helpful and cooperative. Her way of talking is wonderful. Thanks to all staff members. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is so good. We had wonderful experience. We stayed here for 1 night and 2 days with family on our 5 day trip to Himachal . the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds ,Neatly done.Beautiful views from our room. Terrace has exceptionally beautiful views. It's like "WOW" when u step there.There was some marriage so it was more beautiful because of the decorations. The front desk staff are very helpful and co operative.We reached early after a night long journey from Pune to Amritsar to Dharamsala ,and our room was not ready , they were kind enough to provide us another room so we can refresh and relax. We were offered to stay in that room or wait for our room to be ready. The In house restaurant serves delicious food. Everything tastes so good. My daughter wanted to eat Momo's and we were in hurry to leave for Dalhousie , the chef arranged to get her Momo's from outside as it would have taken time preparing in their restaurant. Thanks to you Chef.(Sorry forgot to ask your name ).Every hotel staff has been kind enough to make us feel comfortable with all our requirements taken care very well. Loved their hospitality. If I am ever going to Dharamshala I am definitely staying here again.

It was really nice stay at D polo amazing hospitality food is also very delicious club class rooms are very specious neat and clean with amazing view special thanks to mr karan in sales department and chef chowang They both are very humble kind and helpful Chef chowang made very delicious food thanks sir for taking care of all my baby meals.I am very greatful to all the staff members for quick service and thanks to karan also in the restaurant he also helped me a lot . I will definitely come again 😀 Loki momos must try at restaurant u l not get these tasty momos in whole dharamshala chef recommendation👍 Only one suggestion I would like to share plz try to arrange baby cot also

We visited Dharmashala with family in March. Initially I was skeptical about the location and the Dpolo resort. But the moment we reached at the hotel, it was a beautiful experience. The staff and the hotel ambience is the best part of it. Starting from checkin, then food and also their travel desk provides top quality service. Bhupen ji at travel desk did an awsome job in arranging the airport pick up and ensuring all our local sight seeing is done with utmost care. Sunil ji at front desk was very friendly. The food at this place is the icing on the cake. The restaurant manager (Sajan ji) was always ready to manage our request as we had a lot of food restrictions. The view from rooms are beautiful whether you take mountain view or river view. Placed in a nice location close to airport and other places. I would recommend this place for any family or business trip.

We had massage therapy services done at this Spa and I would say this was our best experience ever when we have been traveling for quite number of years and have used the spa services every where but service at this spa was different level of experience the Therapist names Rupa & Rosy were so brilliant I would recommend all to use their services their prices are reasonable too.
