everything was nicely cleaned and smelled. nice view, big rooms. check-in to the room without a problem. apartment well equipped. there is a pastry shop on the ground floor and on the street you can find almost all the shops you can think of..

Me and my "picky" girlfriend stayed in these apartments for three nights and loved it. My girlfriend absolutely hates any kind of carpet flooring, that's why we opted for this beautiful and brand new facility with spotless clean hard flooring/parquet. The location is very good as with a short tram ride you're in the city centre, with public transport in general you can get anywhere around Prague efficiently (plus the tram stop is literally just by the door). Excellent for couples and families, much better than a classic hotel.

I stayed as a solo traveller for 3 nights in the basement studio. The studio was modern and spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable with top quality bedding. The kitchenette was fully equipped with new kettle and utilities. Top quality towels. The reception is open in the morning and the receptionist was friendly and informative. The location of the apartments are wonderful. I took the number 191 bus from the airport then changed at Vypich to the number 23 or 25 tram which stopped outside. I’d recommend downloading the travel app which is on all bus and tram stops. The passes can be bought daily or a 3 day pass. Take a screenshot and show when asked by the conductor. I was only asked once during my 4 day stay. A few minutes walk from the apartment on the same side towards the centre is a nice patisserie which serves breakfast. Very reasonable and a good menu.

We spent here a beautiful week which was awesome. Newly built clean and spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Near the Prague castle and close to the center by tram (station just before the door). Very kind and helpful staff as well.

Apartments are newly renovated and very fresh. They were also very clean and nice furnished. The location is brilliant, just a few tram stops from the city centre. I would certailny recommend to stay there.
