Service was amazing, staff friendly and accommodating to our needs as we went as a large family group with our siblings and their children. Zineb guest relations was amazing by fixing any requests for us. Distance from centre is good, Fatih is close by where there are restaurants, and getting anywhere with taxi is possible just make sure they turn on the meter on your way back to the hotel. Hotel is able to call taxi for you when you are going out as there is a taxi stop close by. Would definitely recommend. Kids loved playing in the pool, it was literally just them, you can use hamam and steam room too for no extra charge. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Overall a great stay

Thank you for the free upgrade to a family deluxe room with a sea view. Room Number 914. Corner room. The room was spacious, with one queen bed and one single bed, and it was clean and tidy. It was definitely value for money. There are free parking provided. The staff were polite and friendly, and overall, there was nothing much to complain about.

Just got back from a 3 night break in istanbul where we stayed at the Hilton topkapi. We couldn't fault the place, it is slightly out of the way, but there is a bus stop right outside and the main tram line is a 10 min walk. Good choice of food for breakfast, the rooms clean and comfortable and the higher up you go the better the views are. We upgraded to a deluxe room with a sea view and you get amazing views over an amazing city. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. As others have said, the price for food and drinks are on the higher side, but don't let that put you off as there are thousands of restaurants in the city. We got a travel card that you can use on all forms of public transport and its very good value for money. The only possible thing I would do differently would to not go during eid as its very busy and the grand bazaar was shut for the 3 day public holiday. Overall a fantastic trip.

One of the best stay ,prime location, excellent staff, all was well in my stay , me and my family enjoyed our stay , the food was amazing and the indoor swimming pool was great, the stsff were very friendly and helpful, i will suggest ev to com and stay in this hotel.
