Firstly it took over half an hour for us to check in as there was a large number of people checking in at the same time and there was only two staff on the front desk. There was no apologia when we reached the desk for keeping us waiting. When we reached the room, it was very disappointing, not very clean and very dated in appearance. There was also hair on the tiles in the shower. During the night there was continues loud noises coming from a vent in the room. This prevented us from sleeping. I had booked a room with breakfast, however when we arrived at the restaurant there was no record of this. We were given a coffee and I went to the front desk where is was confirmed that they had not arranged breakfast to us. I also complained about the noise from the room. I was also charged for the coffee which we did not drink. Avoid this hotel, it has not moved with the times and is not providing the3 correct levels of service I would expect from a Hilton Hotel.

I do not write reviews…..but the outstanding service and caring from Johanna for the three nights I was traveling alone was superb! She remembered my name, took a moment to ask how my day was and yet was constantly watching the bar for customers that needed service. As a frequent business traveler we need more Johannas! Will be back next year for a conference and hope to see her!

I had several issues with my room and was unable to be moved into another due to capacity. Laura and Yolene both were extremely helpful and kind. They properly advised me on how to consult with the third party I booked my room with. Their customer service was over the top.

Each representative there was pleasant but Malian, front desk rep, was extremely hospitable. She complimented our stay and departure with extra warm cookies to go. We can’t thank the staff enough, but her, we thank her much. Great hotel! We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous room with a great view, spacious, and a comfy bed. Special mention must go to Gloria who gave such great service during our meal in the restuarant, a lovely friendly lady. The key lime pie was especially delicious and although not the cheapest meal it was all delicious, also great to see a NZ wine sac blanc available!
