I had booked 2 rooms in this Hotel for 2 nights as my accommodation in Bhuj while on a road trip to Great Rann of Kutch. I was travelling with my wife, sister, brother in law and their 5 year old daughter. The booking was done through Make My Trip and had checked reviews on Tripadvisor. This is one of the most horrible hotels one can ever experience. The rooms are dusty and unclean. When we checked in, the health faucet in the bathroom was leaking. There was a weird smell in the room and bathroom was worse. The towels were torn and unclean. The bedsheets were horrible too. The water dispenser in the room seemed to have not been cleaned for ages. There is no proper ventilation in the room as well as bathrooms. The fittings in the bathroom had been oxidised. We checked in and immediately started looking for alternate accommodation in Bhuj. We were fortunate enough to find another hotel otherwise our stay here would have been a nightmare. We eventually booked at family room (4 beded) at Hotel Prince Residency. It is strictly not recommended for families and for people who are finicky about hygiene and cleanliness. We checked in at 6:30 pm in the evening and had checked out by 6:45 pm. The staff is also quite ill mannered. They walk into the rooms with their footwear on. Make My Trip initiated a full refund for the cancellation even after check out. And our 2 nights stay in Bhuj went well at Hotel Prince Residency.

The place was probably new when it got the rave reviews. It is okay, not bad for a budget stay. No towels in bathrooms, but staff was very courteous and prompt. I traveled with a child and they got us everything we needed in a prompt manner. Allowed early check in too.

Choose this place if you don't have a choice

The photographs of the hotel were deceptive. But we had a very limited choice since we were there during the Rann festival. The bathrooms stink. We got hot water on the first day only. By 7 am the taps were dry and we had to remind them to put on the motor. There was a wide crack on the wall and rubble kept falling on the bed. If you want tea, you have to go to the shop downstairs. This shop sells snacks, ice creams and drinks. There are a few more shops nearby but Jigar's owners are friendly and helpful. To be fair, they let us check in on arrival (8 AM) and they give you a locker for your belongings when you check out. Another plus point, their website is very well maintained.

Visited with family and there is big room for us in reasonable cost and economic. .. room service is good and it is quiet place.. you can book online by goibibo or makemytrip and staff is also good...

Visited Bhuj with family & friends. Booked this hotel through goibibo.we had booked triple bed a.c room. service was Good. and staff behaviour is too good. Rooms enterior is excellent. Only Restaurant are not there.
