This hotel has been a great experience from checking in to being treated like family by the employees. With access to the Concierge Lounge for Elite members, the breakfast and evening snacks are delicious but the staff including: Leilani, Lena and Noreen will treat you like royalty! They genuinely care about their guests and I highly recommend staying here . If you have a family there are two pools where children can have a blast!

I've traveled the world. It's employees like Mr Brent Thompson and Sevinj that make the difference. I recommend everyone stays here. Room attendants are second to none in the world! If you want a fair deal they will certainly come through. It's an odd setup as they occupy two blocks. Maybe the best set up ever for kids. Dave Jones

Sizeable room with very comfortable beds, good breakfasts and friendly staff. There is a distinct lack of dining options in the area, and the hotel's 'Southland Yard' restaurant is more like a youth club selling burgers than a good place to eat. There is a L4 EV charger in the forecourt of the Canadian Tire gas station, right behind the hotel. It's one of the few in Calgary and if you have an EV, that makes this hotel a must

Hotel was at good location away from downtown close to major roads so very accessible from anywhere. Hotel has two building connected with a console bridge. Very interesting open concept lobby with pool and hot tub. At the lounge I had a pleasure of meeting Lina, she’s very kind and a bright human being. She made my stay feel special. Thank you

Don't book if you want amenities. They are poor and close early.

Don't book here if you want amenities. The hotel gym is from the 80's. Even worse off just walked down to use thebhottub at 8:40pm and the gates are locked. Front desknsays closes at 9pm. Only other pool does not have a hottub let alone it was not 9 pm. What hotel closes amenities this early. Sad I am booked here this month and next.
