Located right inside a Petrol Pump

The location is bizarre. The hotel,s entry is through a petrol pump. In case of any accident , it will be a fireball, with little escape. The room was small, service was good. But the main thing was in billing. The check out time is 12 o clock, I requested to extend it to 6 o clock, and promised to pay some extra amount. They billed me for the full day. Since I was moving, and my colleague was staying alone, in some other room, they could have offered it to him. Though the mistake was mine, I did not see the bill properly, thinking they charged me only part amount. This shows the culture of the hotel. We paid for two rooms with one room vacant.

The hotel is not so old...Centrally located...so slightly noisy. However, there are very few other choices. Food was okay and service had to be demanded. Disturbance in early morning, due to the nearby Bus Stand / roadside..

The hotel is located in the center of the city near roadways. The hotel has good amenities and the rooms on 2nd floor. The food is great but the hospitality lacks in this hotel. When you want a safe place like home to stay, the staff somehow manages to creep you out. There is no politeness in the way the manager speaks and handle things and we had to worry about our safety as our rooms were opened without consulting us when we were out to meet family members. Moreover the rooms does not have extra latches to close the room from inside and can be opened by the master key even if you latch it from inside. Every thing is good except for the staff because of which the rating is reduced. If a customer cannot feel safe then no matter how good the hotel may be in infrastructure, it wont make the guest comfortable.
