Away from the maddening city life and the constant hustle and bustle the property offers a tranquil environment and relaxing stay to the guests. They can visit famous attractions like Botanical Gardens, Pykara Lake, Nilgiri Mountain Railway, Rose Garden and St. Stephen's Church./n/nThe hotel has aesthetically designed Deluxe Rooms and Cottages, which offer amenities like refrigerator, well-stocked mini-bar, telephone and tea/coffee maker. The attached bath is provided with contemporary toiletries and a geyser for constant supply of hot water. Deccan Park provides delicious multi-cuisine vegetarian food at the Olives. The fitness freaks can workout at the fully-equipped in-house health club. Guests can entertain and enjoy themselves by indulging in games like table tennis, snooker, basket ball, carrom and chess. Arrangements are made for bonfire on request from the guests and sightseeing excursions are also organised. 1.Location is far way from the city,, 2.No buffet for dinner order by menu thr only vegetarian.... No non veg... 3.Budget friendly 4.u can't see panoramic view....u can enjoy the gardens.... If u wanna spend time with ur partner u can stay freedomly/freely If u wanna rome around the city by walk please avoid

Rooms are small, hardly any light in room, feels suffocated as no ventilation. Resort is on hill but no view from window Food is worst I read in some review about shahi tukda same is today and its not called shahi tukda please Have played with dish throwing same was maida chapati Its not on main road , very much interior and the road is worst Takes 45 min to reach from city If you get this room for 1000rs for couple then only its worth it Otherwise fooled Huge property but not maintained Today is 21dec 2023 M writing this review

Completely disappointed and disgusted. Nothing like compliments the hotel starring 3 here. Compliments like tea coffee are once a day which is not even extended well when asked for an extra creamer if you have a child and you need an extra cup for him or her. Soiled Diapers outside my window and the pathetic smell filled in the room. Also the food is totally not like u expected to eat after waking up e.g. tea in glass instead of cup n saucer (I mean who drinks tea in a glass in a 3 starred hotel?) Bread toasted tastes like rubber and butter over heated to have a buttermilk taste. All and all the staff is not understanding Hindi language and are not supportive. My experience was not at all enjoyable. Wouldn't recommend it.

A very well managed and maintained resort with beautiful landscapes and flowers and a picturesque view of pine trees !!! We were a group of 20 people and we had a great time at the resort. The deluxe rooms were very spacious and neat, the washrooms also were clean and newly renovated and the staff was helpful and courteous. All in all this place deserved a 5 star rating but for their food quality. Although it's at a distance of about 4 kms from Mall road but it was never an issue for us as we had our own tempo traveller to commute. But the resort really really needs to improve their quality as well as variety of food. All in all its a wonderful place to enjoy nature and spend quiet and relaxing time.

Had stayed around Dussehra/ Vijaydasmi holidays. The Property is conveniently located around 6km from Ooty town and 3km from Boat house. Road to the Property is reasonably good and can be reached on both 2 & 4 wheelers. The Resort has ample parking space for both 2& 4 wheelers. My experience with the staff was very pleasant, Check-in was uneventful, I had reached around 11AM and they were kindly enough to allow check-in ahead of the time. No fuss or excuses. Regarding the property, its spread across good acreage with large number of rooms lined across in line house fashion. Property is well maintained with children Park in middle with functional play area. The Property is surrounded by greenery and foliage giving a sense of calm and freshness. In fact the days I went, it was drizzling a bit and it added a beautiful sense of serenity to the location. Regarding Rooms: 1) Rooms are reasonably big, not like typical small claustrophobic rooms one finds in Ooty town hotels. 2) Bedding & towels were clean, and housekeeping was prompt to clean on daily basis. 3) Pleasantly, Cable connection was very good, with many paid channels available for viewing (normally cable is just for formality). 4) Toiletries were available, but in ration. 5) Hot water was available 24hrs. 6) No issue in terms of sleep quality, mattress was of reasonably firm quality. 7) The property has in-house Restaurant, one can order Ala-Carte, or join in for in house dining. Regarding Food: 1) Ordered Ala-Carte and the taste was good, though price is little bit on higher side. 2) Restaurant provides complimentary Breakfast ( Quality is OK), nothing worth drooling about, but for tourists, its a good start before one heads out for Ooty visit. 3) In Dinner, only Buffet is served for in-house dining, one needs to order Ala-Carte and that too in room if one does not want Buffet. We were charged 500/person and frankly one can skip the Buffet dinner, not worth the amount. Not much variety and taste was also not up to mark. (there is marked difference in In-house & Ala-Carte menu prices). Overall we were reasonably satisfied with the stay. I would certainly recommend the resort to anyone planning to visit Ooty, its a viable alternative for someone looking to stay in a serene and calming environment away from main city yet accessible via all means of transportation.
