We were here for our honeymoon and booked 7 nights and 8 days.. from 17th jan to 24th jan.. -You get the worst room service experience as it is not 24hours. -Breakfast buffet was pathetic. Uncooked food. No fresh juices. No variety in the buffet. Food on the buffet is cold. -No taxi services from hotel. You have to arrange it on your own. -Staff has ‘0’ hospitality etiquettes. -You have to wait for 5-10mins, as they are single lift operational. -No amenities, no lounge, no recreational activities. -Housekeeping know their job well. We requested our check out for 10-15mins extra, but the reception staff specially *PRAVESH* they neglected our plea even after staying for 7 nights and said they have a check in so we cant give a single minute extra. At 12 sharp they called us and asked us to check out, no humbleness towards long staying guest. They straightaway reject your plea, no matter what. This hotel is not for youth. Only group stays and elder people. STAFF KNOWS HOW TO SAY NO to every request you make. There are plenty other 5star hotels within this rangebound. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

I had booked a triple deluxe room which is above the standard room. Given below is my experience and observations: The triple deluxe room #320 to be precise is an annexed building in one corner of the resort. The rooms are very unhygienic as well as not maintained, the standard rooms are better maintained. There was no hot water for 2 days. The arm chair was broken. There were holes in the curtain. The cupboard had a missing handle. The cupboard inside had stains and dirt you cannot use them to keep your clothes. I was moved to room 444 post 2 days and here is my experience so far. There was again no hot water, when complained maintenance person came and told to get hot water turn the tap towards cold water and vice-a-versa, found this surprising. The cable was deactivated, when complained the maintenance person came and replaced the set top box. Advice to guest, book standard room instead of deluxe as they are better and cheaper. Look for other hotels like Acron Seaway etc. they are smaller than this resort but are very clean and hygienic and are value for money. Advice to Hotel owner & management. You need to upgrade your furniture specially the cupboards and other wooden furniture they are very very old and in very bad shape. Your elevators are as it is very slow, and can max accommodate only 4 people and you have allowed your housekeeping and other staff members to use it for guest services, this really causes severe inconvenience to the guests. You should disallow or allow limited usage only until you get separate service elevators.

Nice hotel It was a pleasant stay at this hotel first time in Goa. Room was good cleaned with proper lights and open out side. Food quality was good. entire hotel cleanness is up to mark with hygiene. the staffs was attentive and cordial. Especially one of manager Ms.Sivani , he was presented with any assist. I'm so impressed with her. Overall the experience was very nicely. Hope visit again here

There is a reason why this place has so many negative reviews! Had booked this place from their website. For starters, what you see in the pictures is NOT what you get. We booked 2 rooms with balconies, we got 2 basic rooms. But that wasn’t the bone of contention. The rooms we got were stinky, the bedsheets and pillow cases were stained and soggy and made all of us sick. The shower heads were broken. The sliding door of the bathroom was broken! The tap broke the moment we touched it! The chair and table were dusty! The room had a weird smell as if it hasn’t been cleaned and aired out! We had to call the housekeeping multiple time for tissue papers! When we raised an issue we were told by the lady general manager that ‘we have 100 rooms, we cannot upload pictures of all the rooms!’ They offered us a full refund if we check out, knowing very well that we will not find another place at 8 pm just for a night. After a lot of argument, we were finally moved to 2 other rooms, which were marginally better. But we had to sleep with a leaky roof… and the rain water kept dripping on our heads all night. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! Sub standard rooms, everything is dirty and breaking! Badly managed and the staff is ineffective. Lots of all men groups, which make it very uncomfortable for families. Wish we had read the reviews before booking. Thankfully were their only for a night!

Very dirty, people put clothes on share balconies and resort does not clear. Service not good. Towels and bedspreads extremely old and bad smell. Definitely not 4 star.Dirtiest tub ever. Staff very lazy, they clean only after asking 4-5 times. Next to my room is kitchen, hotel staff make noise till 1 am and fully smelling of onions, onions kept outside room 223. Wifi speed also extremely slow. food is ok.
