Price was too high compard to the peers in that location. Room service was not upto the mark, , every time we need to ask for each and every thing and the servive was provided. suggest to improve room service and internet

Away from the crowds, great room and stay, hot water all round the clock, good buffet breakfast, fresh tasty food courteous service ; Suman was exceptionally nice. Thank you. I will definitely visit again.

It was a wonderful experience altogether. All the staff were extremely helpful and cordial, Suman, Naveen, Mimi, including Vasanth, the restaurant manager, were always up and ready to help and did their best to make us delighted, food was great, Bharat (housekeeping) and other housekeeping staff were prompt and uber helpful even at night, Sayani (front office) was always approachable and made our long stay felt at home always.... Love you all guys, we have decided to make The Day's Hotel by Wyndham our second home, whenever we are at Chennai ❤️ Experience in terms of ⭐ (5 star denotes excellence) Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sleep quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Room service (food): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Maintenance: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Not to forget that they changed our refrigerator unit promptly, as soon as a problem was detected in the existing one) Front office Sayani: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Areas to improve: It would be better, if: 1. more local staff members are conversant in Hindi, as well. 2. Bar not working. Restaurant closes at 10:30. Pool not working. Restaurant manager lied to me that Gym opens at 8 AM, so I missed the gym. Wyndham claims they will give you reward points, but maybe those are not for Indians. I stayed with Wyndham hotels thrice, 2-3 days each. But zero reward points, and the support simple doesn't reply to emails. I think they are racist
