Stayed here for a long time in the so called "best room" until things just went wrong,ie no Internet,no Aircon and then no electricity.talking to the staff is impossible as they just look at you and ignore everything you say.then the so called manager just came up with so many lies it was embarrassing .she said we could not change rooms as the hotel was full.no chance of that there was lots.then she came up with the best and biggest lie ever.she said that the aircon was going to need to be fixed so can you move rooms.all of a sudden there is a room available.so we moved.next day housekeeping came and I said have they fixed it?she said I don't understand,there is a woman sleeping in your room.so I went to ask why this has happened?the girl at reception just laughed in my face and said it will be another 5 days till you can get back in.fuming I then found out that the woman who was the manager had moved us out of our apartment to put her friend in after we had paid for it and been there 6 months.absolutely amazing and so disrespectful.if the owners of this hotel read this you need a new manager and new staff that don't laugh at you and disregard anything customers say to them

Weird night receptionist and Ridiculous 3pm check in

Upon check in we were asked to show our Ids and we were gladly obliged .Usually they will just take a copy and return but this night guy will not do it. I asked for them back and he said he need them to register to the police. I ask can you take a copy and keep one id only. He bluntly said no. What a jerk. Then the next day housekeeper forgot to set up toilet paper in our room. When i called to ask for it, the guy brought up only one roll. I asked if we can have 2 and he said "why"?? What a stupid question to ask. Because we need 2 and it's none of your business that's why. Then when we go to Hoi An using their car service then come back at 12pm and they have us wait for 3h to get 1 out of 2 room. I dont know how they can do that. Front desk staff really don't know how to do their job i think. They know when we arrive, their check in time is 2pm and we even go have lunch to kill the time and when we come back at 2, nobody tell the housekeeper to clean a room for us. My parents both over 60s were so tired from the trip and they have to sit around the lobby and wait. And we see other family get their rooms before us even though they just arrive. Nobody know how to switch room around. I am in hotel business so I know it's not difficult to do . Funny we received no appology, no follow up, I literally have to stare at them 15mins straight to get a room

We stayed at Dana Marina early March 2020, good size room nice & clean, ideally situated for the beach & fish restaurants, Hotel receptionist Thuong & Duong were extreamly informative they kept us up to date re - coronavirus. We would recommend this hotel x

I stay at Dana Marina Hotel because I met very friendly reception Mr. DAT. The hotel is not very far from the beach, you can walk there in 3 minutes . We love to walk along the beach for relaxing. We will recommend this hotel to our friends. Thank you very much and see you again.
