We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in a balcony suite on the 9th floor. The hotel is perfectly situated in a nice quieter street in the old part of town. Easy walking distance to many attractions, shops,restaurants and bars. The room was immaculately clean and super comfy bed..shower pressure really good too. Breakfast buffet selection is very big for a small hotel. Eggs cooked fresh to order. What really makes the hotel are it's staff. Your welcomed so warmly and Ms Kim and her colleagues can't do enough to ensure your stay is happy. Truly wonderful experience 10/10 x

Excellent hotel in midst of city and pleasant staff. Never seen like front office Manager Ms.Kim. She came out of hotel into the streets to show us the way which I had not seen any hotel in the world as I had been traveling last 40 years. Hotel close to everything one needs. All walkable distance

If you are staying in the old quarter, hanoi, then this hotel is in an excellent location. Its not expensive but the real draw for us was the level of care and attention afforded to us by Jerry and his staff. Nothing was too much trouble,rarely have i been treated this way in a hotel before.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. Kim, Jerry and Tim were so helpful, accommodating and courteous, Kim spoke fluent English and was extremely helpful with sightseeing as well as where to eat at the best local authentic food places. The hotel itself is very central and in walking distance to everything. It is so clean. I can’t rate them high enough as their service was second to none. They even upgraded us for no extra charge . I would definitely go back. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay very enjoyable.

This hotel was recommended by the previous property that I stayed at, since they were booked on the days that I wanted to extend my stay. They transferred me to Dal Vostro for the remainder of my stay. Ms. Kim and staff were very attentive and made sure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff out front went the extra mile for me...including helping me haul our luggage to a pick up location for our driver, since the street out front becomes a walking street on weekends and there is no access for taxis. Which is another nice thing about this hotel; it's very quite compared to other areas in the Old Quarter. Kudoes to all a Dal Vostro. I look forward to my next stay here.
